ارتفعت في الآونة الأخيرة نسبة السمنة في الوطن العربي ، و للأسف تسبب السمنة الكثير من الأمراض . و أصبح موضوع الحمية من أكثر المواضيع أهمية و بحثًا من قبل الناس . و تتمثل الحمية في تناول الخضار و الفواكه و التي تلعب دورًا مهمًا بل و أساسيًا في تخلص الجسم من الدهون . و من أهم هذه الخضار و الفواكه ما يلي :

3- الرمان
